Privacy note
Short version: the booking-request form asks only for what the shop needs to schedule your visit, and it is used only for that.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive: your name, your phone number, your dog's name, their breed and size if you share it, the day you'd prefer, and any note you add.
How it's used
- To call or text you back and confirm an appointment time.
- To plan enough time for your dog and quote by coat.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of your details with anyone else.
- No marketing lists — you're contacted about your appointment, that's it.
- No analytics, ad trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
Where requests are stored
Requests are stored securely in a Cloudflare database and are visible only to the shop. If you'd like a request removed, call (360) 398-9246 and it will be deleted.
